McKelle's Decorating Cakes Too!
McKelle called me one day to ask me about making icing for a cake. She was going to make a birthday cake for her friend, Amber. So this is what she did. A simple sponge cake, icing, and dollar store flowers. A great cake. You know that you have succeeded when your daughter calls you and asks how to make icing! Great job McKelle. Keep up the great work.

Fondant Flowers
Look Mom, I figured out how to to some roses out of fondant. This was practice on a styrofoam plate with leftover icing I had. I thought I would try my luck at making flowers and leaves.
